Yuppa is a platform for the delivery of personalized physical exercises. Physical educators create individual personalized trainings based on the individual’s conditions. The app provides information on the exercises to be executed along with instructions on how to perform them. It also captures data about the execution of these exercises which are made available to the physical educators to allow them monitor the progress of each individual.
